• Priority is given to University at Albany students, faculty, and staff.
• All answers are sent to the email address you provide.
• The University Libraries respects the privacy of users, but cannot guarantee the privacy of files, electronic mail, or other information stored or transmitted electronically. Any administrative use of reference questions will have all personally identifying information removed.
